You agree: (i) that any Registration Data you provide is true, belongs to you, accurate, current and complete at the time you provide it; (ii) to maintain and update such Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete; and (iii) that Stuffmapper, SPC may contact you and require you to confirm some or all of your Registration Data before using certain Services.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or subsequently terminate your License and to refuse to provide you with any and all further use of the Stuffmapper Service if, in our sole discretion, we are of the opinion that any of your Registration Data is, or appears to be, untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. To register for an account you must be at least 13 years old. To use the Dibs, earlyDibs, or any payment feature you must be at least 18 years old. If you know a user is under the age of 13, please report them to us. You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account. You must contact us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.

Your privacy is important to us. Your Registration Data may contain certain information that is considered “personally identifiable information”. Stuffmapper’s policy on collecting, storing, using and destroying personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated in full herein.

4. Facebook Login

You may login with Facebook. When doing so, you agree to the Facebook Terms of Use.

You may use your Facebook account to access and use the Services by linking your Stuffmapper Account to your Facebook account. By accessing and using the Services via your Facebook account, you acknowledge and agree that we may access your Facebook account to deliver and post messages regarding the Services unless you opt-out. You also agree to the Facebook Terms of Use in connection with your use of the Stuffmapper Services. Any information collected or received by us in connection with your access and use of the Services via your Facebook account will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Google Identity Platform

You may login with Google. When doing so, you agree to the Google Terms of Use.

You may use your Google account to access and use the Services by linking your Stuffmapper Account to your Google account. By accessing and using the Services via your Google account, you acknowledge and agree that we may access your Google account to deliver and post messages regarding the Services unless you opt-out. You also agree to the Google Terms of Use in connection with your use of the Services. Any information collected or received by us in connection with your access and use of the Services via your Google account will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

Use common sense and be responsible. Be respectful and don’t do bad things.

In the course of using the Services, you may transmit or otherwise make available certain content, including information about yourself, content, messages, materials, data, information, text, photos, graphics, code or other items or materials (“User Content”) through interactive areas or features, such as posting items for sale, making an offer, private messaging, or other areas of Services. User Content may be publicly viewable in some instances. Stuffmapper reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to remove, screen, moderate or edit any User Content posted, transmitted, or stored on the Stuffmapper Service at any time and for any reason without notice. You will not (and will not allow or authorize any third-party to) post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create, solicit, disclose, or otherwise, publish through the Stuffmapper Service any of the following:

User Content that is, in Stuffmapper’s judgment, disrespectful or may expose Stuffmapper, users or others to harm or liability;
User Content that may infringe the patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, intellectual, privacy or proprietary right of any party;
Private information of any third parties, including addresses, phone numbers and payment card information;
Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; or

Content that inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Services.

Stuffmapper reserves the right to remove any User Content if, in its sole discretion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out above, and any other Stuffmapper Service rules, including without limitation the guidelines set forth in Section 10. You may not bypass or attempt to bypass such moderation. You further agree that Stuffmapper is not liable for moderating, not moderating or making any representations regarding moderating.

You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting User Content to the Services, you grant Stuffmapper a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicenseable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such user Content on and through the Services. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make such User Content available to other user of the Services, who may also use such Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of the User Content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

Stuffmapper does not claim any ownership rights in any User Content that you make available through the Services and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit your own User Content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, worldwide license to use any User Content submitted by you in relation to the Services, including the promotion and advertisement of Services.

7. Stuffmapper Content

You have the right to view and access Stuffmapper Content. Limitations exist to ensure preservation of the marketplace.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stuffmapper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to access and view our content (“Stuffmapper Content”) solely in connection with your permitted use of the Services. For the purposes of these Terms, Stuffmapper Content shall include all text, graphics, images, site and screen layouts, arrangements and themes, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship by us or our affiliates of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted or generated by Stuffmapper or our affiliates.

You have the right to view and access Stuffmapper Content. However, you may not copy, borrow, modify or otherwise reproduce, and must immediately cease using, copying, borrowing, modifying, or otherwise reproducing any site and screen layouts, arrangements and themes provided through this Service. At no time is any user permitted to: (i) transfer, sublicense, sell, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute Stuffmapper Content or the Services to a third party; (ii) decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services or any Stuffmapper Content; or (iii) use the Services or Stuffmapper Content in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

8. Third Party Services and Content

Respect the rules of third party services. Stuffmapper is not responsible for any third party content. . Your interaction with such third parties are solely between you and the third parties.

Through your use of the Services, you may view content, utilize services, or otherwise interact with content and services provided by third parties, including, but not limited to, third party payment processors, hyperlinks and/or connections to third party websites, applications or the services of such parties (collectively, “Third-Party Content”).

Stuffmapper is not responsible for any Third Party Content, including without limitation, material that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Your interaction with such third parties are solely between you and the third parties; Stuffmapper is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss of any sort caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with any such third-party interaction, including the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any good or services that you may purchase or sell to or from a third party. Users under 18 years of age are prohibited from participating in transactions where they are the ones paying money.

10. Use of the Stuffmapper Services

Play Nice! You are responsible for the legality, validity, and truthfulness of your postings, and for items you select to receive or accept.

We invite you to participate in our community, but ask that you respect other users just like yourself when posting User Content and using the Services. You are responsible for the legality, validity, and truthfulness of your postings, and for items you select to receive or accept: Stuffmapper encourages you to only post items for giveaway or exchange that you own, or to select and receive items that you are legally able to accept.

post, list or upload content or items in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites;
breach or circumvent any laws, third party rights or our systems, policies, or determinations of your account status;
use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, applications or tools;
post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content;
post items for exchange or giveaway that you do not own;
interact in a way that is rude or hateful, or deemed inappropriate to other users;
post items that are considered to be junk or unusuable;
transfer your Stuffmapper account (including Feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;
distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Stuffmapper, or the interests or property of users;
use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose;
bypass our robot exclusion headers, interfere with the working of our Services, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
reproduce, perform, display, distribute, reverse engineer, or prepare derivative works from content that belongs to or is licensed to Stuffmapper, or that comes from the Services and belongs to another Stuffmapper user or to a third party including works covered by any copyrights, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right, except with prior express permission of Stuffmapper and/or any other party holding the right to license such use;
commercialize any Stuffmapper application or any information or software associated with such application;
harvest or otherwise collect information about users without their consent; or
circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Services.

11. Account Security

Do your part to maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur from your account. Please immediately notify Stuffmapper of any unauthorized use of your account credentials or any other breach of security of which you become aware. Stuffmapper is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. We will keep your data as safe as we possibly can, but no system is 100% secure.

12. Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property of Stuffmapper and third parties.

The Services contain material that may be protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, audio, video, graphic, photographic and text information and all Stuffmapper Content. Stuffmapper and any of its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the Services and Stuffmapper Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the Services and Stuffmapper Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services and Stuffmapper Content. Further, you may not modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way exploit any of the Stuffmapper Content, in whole or in part. Any violation of these restrictions may result in intellectual property infringement that may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties. You will be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights or any other harm resulting from a submission of information protected by intellectual property rights in a third party, if such submission is made without express permission of the intellectual property rights holder.
